Montebelli’s Chef, Clarence, who has been with us for many years, does not compromise on quality and only uses fresh ingredients and seasonal products. The kitchen garden with its bio-organic fruits and vegetables bring to life scents and tastes from our own land; it is a pleasure to smell the proper scent of rosemary, basil and salvia or taste a simple and yet refined “bruschetta” with our organic tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
