We ourselves are devoted to yoga practice and meditation as powerful tools to be connected with our inner essence, to whom we truly are, to Mother Nature, to the Cosmo and to the energy flow that keeps us alive in the present and beyond. We recommend all people to start practicing any form of yoga or meditation any time. As Master Bikram says : “you are never too old, never too bad, never too late, and never too sick to start from scratch once again!”
At Montebelli we encourage trying our daily Ashtanga yoga practice with our resident teacher. It is a soft, yet intense and beneficial type of yoga that is suitable to both beginners and advanced yogis.
